turned out that each of my items had been rung up separately, hence the larger price. I got it situated at the pick-up window and I got back in traffic to come to work.
I took the elevator because I didn’t feel like walking and sat down at my desk. I opened the bag and to my surprise, there weren’t any hash browns in my bag. I had ketchup but no hash browns. I’m in such a state of disbelief with this until I haven’t even had the courage to call and report it because I don’t know if I can handle the stress of the situation. Chick Fil-a had a no lost record and now here we are, 1000 – 1 and even though it’s still a good record the magic is gone.
I'm speechless this just doesn't happen there. I believe they would correct their error and get back into your good graces. Let's just say, someone was probably new and was still in training.
