OMG. They Screwed Up

  I’ve always felt that Chick Fil-a was a magical place. I could place 20 individual orders for the department and every single one of them would be correct down to the extra condiments. As with all good things, they come to an end. To my dismay, Chick-Fil-a messed up my order. I originally ordered my 4 count mini and a parfait and I realized that I got more bang for my buck with the meal so I switched it. I got to the portable station and he told me my total again and I questioned it. It
turned out that each of my items had been rung up separately, hence the larger price. I got it situated at the pick-up window and I got back in traffic to come to work.

   I took the elevator because I didn’t feel like walking and sat down at my desk. I opened the bag and to my surprise, there weren’t any hash browns in my bag. I had ketchup but no hash browns. I’m in such a state of disbelief with this until I haven’t even had the courage to call and report it because I don’t know if I can handle the stress of the situation. Chick Fil-a had a no lost record and now here we are, 1000 – 1 and even though it’s still a good record the magic is gone.

  1. I'm speechless this just doesn't happen there. I believe they would correct their error and get back into your good graces. Let's just say, someone was probably new and was still in training.
